In order to see all purchase documents, please navigate to Purchase > All purchase documents. It is possible to apply different filters and also filter per purchase document type (purchase orders, purchase invoices, purchase returns, etc). If you have enabled purchase waybills and purchase invoices as separate document types, you can see them listed under document type field. When checking the purchase documents as shown on the below image, it is also possible to mark them as paid.
